ITM ministerial decree of Hungary on the designation of conciliation bodies for cross-border consumer disputes in respect of online sales or service contracts, under which in the event of a cross-border consumer dispute related to an online sales or service agreement, a conciliation body operated by any of the county (capital) branch of the chamber of commerce and industry may be the acting body.
